Help Center Reporting Overview
How can I exclude deleted entities from stats reports?
When viewing reports, you can move quickly from one ad to another ad, one zone to another zone by selecting a new entity from the drop-down list. If you have many entities, the list can be long and selecting the right item can be time consuming. Therefore, we have added this feature so that you can choose to view only entities with a specific status in the reports:- All
- All but Deleted
- Active and Inactive
- Active
- Inactive
- Archived
- Deleted
You can edit this setting by following the menu My Account / Profile and click on the Settings tab. The affecting entities include zones, campaigns, ads, groups, advertisers.
Example
If you set the status setting to be Active, only active entities will be included in the stats reports. Inactive, archived and deleted entities will be excluded. The default value is to include All entities.Other Articles in Overview
