Why does my PayPal subscription get cancelled automatically?

If your ad serving subscription is processed by PayPal, there are certain policies from PayPal that can affect the subscription status.

One common situation is that the subscription fails to renew and even gets cancelled at the end of the cycle even though your PayPal balance is enough to cover the renewal charge. In this case, a common problem has to do with the backup funding sources: an expired credit card or an out-of-date backup funding source.

AdSpeed does not have control over this policy and process because the payment is handled by PayPal. Therefore, it is best to make sure you have an up-to-date backup funding sources and enough amount in your PayPal balance to cover the renewal cost.
